- The use of physical treatments such as replacement for phytopharmaceuticals

- Technological processes for preparing products using new technologies

- Sensory analysis of fruits, vegetables and products from fruits and vegetables

Prerequisites

a) The condition for inclusion is enrollment in the first year of studies.

b) The required pre-rendered obligations: a written report of laboratory work, participation in field work, successfully defended coursework and passing the exam is a prerequisite for taking the final exam.
