The chair is fairly heterogeneous in terms of the contents of operation, since it includes a number of areas: adhesives and bonding of wood, wood composites, wood construction, product design, interior design, coatings, surface treatment of products and planning technological processes. In these areas, we collaborate in research with domestic and foreign institutions, as well as perform testing and provide expert advice to businesses and industry. We develop new environmentally friendly products, such as adhesives and coatings, develop new wood composites, and construct and design furniture. We follow the most modern environmental trends and technological innovations. We are strongly involved in international cooperation in the field of adhesives, coatings, wood composites and wood construction.
