Statistical inference. Confidence intervals, hypothesis testing.
Design of experiments, surveys. Type of factors (fixed, random). Oneway ANOVA.
Model diagnostics. Multiple comparison tests.
Randomized block design.
Planned comparisons. Two-way factorial design. Split-plot design. Ponavljajoče meritve.
Correlation. Regression and analysis of variance. Linear model, model diagnostics. Numeric/categorical predictors in lm model.
Simple nonlinear models.
Prerequisites
Conditions for inclusion in the work:
- enrolment in the appropriate academic year.
Knowledge of the elementary statistical methods (Statistics I) is necessary.
Conditions for performing study obligations
- completed exam in computer lecture room is the prerequisite for the written exam.
