Purpose
The system for online monitoring of microbial growth and dosing enables the cultivation and automatic tracking of changes in bacterial biomass using online measurements of backscattered light. Measurements are performed and recorded automatically at intervals chosen by the researcher, without the need to interrupt the experiment or manipulate the bacterial culture in any way. The system has 16 sensors and 16 dosing units, allowing experiments with measurements and dosing in 16 parallels using 100 ml Erlenmeyer flasks.
Price list
The cost of using the research equipment for a trained user is €38.59 per hour.
