The traditional meeting of SRIP FOOD partners was held at the AGRA fair, organized by GZS - the Chamber of Agricultural and Food Companies. During the meeting, representatives of research institutions and companies presented research and the latest results in the field of sustainable food production. The meeting was also attended by the head of the Institute for Dairy and Probiotics, who presented the project COST PIMENTO - Promoting Innovation of fermented fOods.
